Some 5 km of single tracks wind their way through the “Volmersberg”, a sloping forest area, and offer ideal conditions for trails rich in variety. The trails are divided up, ranging from easy to difficult, similar to the principle used for ski slopes with blue, red and black ski runs.
There is always an alternative route to avoid difficult obstacles. The bike park has been designed as a training ground for both hobby bikers and ambitious racing cyclists. This is best attested to, and went through a baptism of fire at the same time, by the broadcast of a UCI-MTB race in the calendar of Belgacom GP on the trails of the bike park, when big names in international cycling, including Sven Nijs and Bart Wellens, were able to put the course to the acid test.
The bike park is not suited for children younger than 8 years old.
Always accessible
