Our eco-friendly holiday home for 15-30 people is nestled in the greenery on the outskirts of the village of Schönberg, near the German-Luxembourg border. The house is equipped with all comforts and furnished with natural, warm materials. The living room is the focal point of the house, offering plenty of space for everyone: chat at the bar, play on the arcade game machine, or relax by the fire. The functional dining room adjoins a large professional kitchen. On the first floor, there are 5 bedrooms with private bathrooms. The second floor features an additional 5 bedrooms with 15 beds, a large bathroom with 4 showers, and an infrared sauna. All rooms are tastefully decorated and include comfortable box spring beds. Upon arrival, everything is ready: the beds are made, towels are provided, and the entire house is preheated. Your vacation can begin immediately!
For a pure wellness experience, you can visit the wood-fired hot tub and Finnish sauna under the starry sky. There is also a sunny terrace with lounge sofas and a dining area, complete with an authentic Ofyr grill for winter barbecues. The property includes a playground for the little ones, a fire pit, and a sports field for football/basketball/volleyball. This sports field also doubles as a secure motorcycle parking area.
Our holiday home is located in the center of a vast network of signposted routes for hikers, mountain bikers, cyclists, trail runners, and motorcyclists. The spacious bike storage, bike washing facility, and drying room are ideal for sports groups.
Organizing parties of any kind is prohibited. After 10 PM, the sleep of the neighbors must be respected. The holiday home is not rented to teenagers.
The rental price of our holiday home actually includes all costs: cleaning, energy costs (including a basic supply of wood), bed linen, 2 towels, dish towels, tourist tax, and waste disposal. The security deposit is 750 euros.
There is an option to rent the holiday home for a maximum of 15 people (5 rooms) or for a maximum of 30 people (10 rooms).
