The walk takes you through the historic centre of Herbesthal (church, site of the old station, former postal sorting centre, etc.). A little butterfly accompanies you along the way and provides explanations in German and French. There are 11 stations along the route to keep children entertained.
The walk goes along the ‘pré-ravel’ (path through the forest) and then along a small, very quiet road that offers beautiful views over the meadows. The last station is at the old school, where young and old can play a few more games.
