An entirely different way to discover the High Fens!
Cycle comfortably on the rails with your family, friends or colleagues. The track takes you through the idyllic High Fens and is located on a 7 km-long former rail track segment between the train station of Kalterherberg and Sourbrodt. The visitors travel into one direction first and return afterwards.
The journey lasts about 2 hours. Midway between, there is the possibility to catch one’s breath in the middle of a beautiful landscape. The rail trolleys accommodate up to 4 adults. Minimum 2 people are necessary to allow movement. The other passengers can lie comfortably on a deckchair. Children’s seats for small children (up to 20 kg) can be provided on request. 2 rail trolleys have been adapted for wheelchair users.
Discover our old train coach that has been transformed into an attractive waffle booth. The terrace allows you to watch the departures and arrivals of the rail trolleys. The waffles are freshly prepared and are served with different toppings.

During the week: only for groups on prior reservation.
