This playground, nestling with its tall trees above the traditional marketplace, is divided into four segments. In the middle there is an eyecatcher in the form of a replica of a knight's castle – based on the historical background of Büllingen as a medieval 'royal court'. With its multifarious elements, which include climbing towers and climbing nets, steps and stairways, ascents and passages, footbridges and chutes (also including a toboggan, i.e. a tunnel chute), the fortress guarantees plenty of amusement and variety.
Apart from that, there is a cableway, the ground structures of which pick up on the shapes and boundaries of the former cattle market. The fountain with its basin, wheel and pump and the hand-operated merry-go-round are also popular meeting places. Not to forget the 'classic' sandpit (with an integrated Wendy house), seesaw and swings (including basket swings for infants, cushioned with a soft ground covering). To sum up: there's no risk of anyone getting bored here!
