Description
Brasserie ‘Chez Gerty’ (bistro/wine bar)
Over 40 years ago, Gérard Linnertz, better known as Gerty, embarked on an adventure that very few thought would be crowned with success. The story begins in 1982 with the opening of a village pub called ‘Le Charleston’. In 1988, Gerty was given the opportunity to purchase the terraced house, the former Nachsem Toyota garage. Surrounded by family and friends and fuelled by his passion for gastronomy, wine and the art of hospitality, Gerty founded Le Cyrano. In 1998, he also remodelled Le Charleston, which was renamed Chez Gerty.
Since its foundation, the restaurant has continued to develop, with a focus on quality, regionality and hospitality.
