Description
Stéphane Ganser, who trained as a pastry chef and now works as an ice-cream maker, offers ice creams made from farm milk pasteurised on site in his workshop. All the products are made using traditional methods, in a short distribution chain. As well as the traditional flavours, Matt'lo offers special flavour ice creams: frangipane, mont blanc flavour (white chocolate, coconut and caramelised almonds) or an orange ginger sorbet (subject to availability).
