For decades, the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra has been presenting a cheerful yet contemplative programme from the rich repertoire of the Strauss dynasty and its contemporaries at the turn of the year. The so-called New Year's Concerts are not only very popular in Vienna, but also enjoy a high degree of popularity thanks to worldwide television broadcasts in more than 90 countries.
Viennese sounds and festive cheer: the Euro Symphonic Orchestra under the direction of Pascal Peiffer has also dedicated itself to this genre and offers its audience the finest Strauss flair at the turn of the year.
Once again, there will be the opportunity to indulge in culinary delights in a Viennese coffee house atmosphere at the Triangel. Coffee, cake and sparkling wine will be offered before the concert and during the interval. Culinary accompaniment is requested to be booked in advance - this is possible when purchasing tickets in advance.
