The fourth stage of the Vennbahn starts at the former railway station in Waimes. You cycle leisurely past verdant and smooth hills before passing idyllic horse pastures on your way to Montenau. The itinerary continues to Born, where you cycle under the impressive Freiherr-von-Korff viaduct. The Emmels valley, which is a protected nature reserve, then leads you the lively small town of Sankt Vith, the destination of this stage.

Shortly after starting in Waimes, you get a view of the impressive Wolfsbusch, which is adorned by spacious horse pastures. At the former railway station in Montenau, the local brasserie invites you to take a break. A bike service station with charging facilities for e-bikes is located directly across the street. Freshly smoked Ardennes ham awaits you a few metres further on.
